As a Marketing Tech Operations Manager at monday.com, you’ll be a key player in scaling our marketing efforts and a strategic part of the Marketing department. You’ll manage tracking, data flows, and CRM integrations, ensuring accurate insights and seamless operations. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Dev, BI, and Product teams, you’ll help drive growth through efficient operations and innovation in tech driven marketing strategies.

About The Role

  • Design marketing infrastructure, including conversion tracking, platform integrations, and performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with BI teams to define attribution models and analytics frameworks.
  • Lead technical projects across marketing systems, tools, and data workflows.
  • Develop and maintain CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with marketing platforms for seamless data flow.
  • Contribute to AI-driven marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence in AI-powered search and chat.



Requirements

Must have:

  • Performance Marketing Hands-on experience (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (implementation).
  • Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting marketing data integration.
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with consent management platforms (Cookiebhu, OneTrust, etc.).
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with web development concepts (cookies, frontend/backend, databases).
  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

Advantage:

  • Technical project management experience in marketing operations.
  • Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based company.
  • Experience with Datorama.
  • Experience with CRM integration (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Workato, Make).
  • Understanding of marketing attribution concepts.
  • Experience with AppsFlyer.
  • Marketing AI tools.

  • Have strong business aptitude, including familiarity with common marketing methodologies.
  • Effective team player with the ability to lead task forces and a can-do attitude, fostering trust and collaboration across teams.
