The Opportunity - (Remote - USA / CANADA)

We are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to lead financial planning, strategy, and key decision-making processes across Wrapbook. In this role, you’ll work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business growth, optimize resource allocation, enhance financial performance and establish the infrastructure (systems and process) for strategic finance to scale with the company.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and refine financial frameworks that support strategic investment and resource allocation

  • Create cross functional relationships to deeply understand our unique business and come up with creative analysis, bringing new insights

  • Own financial modeling and forecasting for key business initiatives

  • Analyze key business and financial metrics, identifying trends and growth opportunities

  • Enable a data-driven culture, establishing function-specific reporting to help executives make decisions informed by analysis

  • Lead special projects to enhance automation, reporting, and strategic planning processes

  • Work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, helping shape the future of Wrapbook

  • Assist in making informed investment decisions by evaluating the economics of established and emerging business lines, including applying SaaS metrics to determine efficiency

What you’ll have:

  • You have 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking, ideally within fintech, payments, or SaaS

  • You have strong financial modelling and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL

  • You have experience influencing cross-functional partners and working directly with leadership teams

  • You’re skilled in forecasting, scenario modelling, and business case development

  • You thrive in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments and are comfortable managing ambiguity

Bonus Points

  • You have prior experience in the fintech or payments industry

  • You have a background in SaaS business models or revenue strategy

  • You enjoy working in high-growth startups and scaling financial operations

  • You have a completed Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or related field
