Our enterprise platform helps marketing, creative, and studio teams at leading brands, agencies, and entertainment companies accelerate image and video production.

OpenArt was selected as one of five companies in the 2026 Disney Accelerator and recognized by Notable Capital’s Prosumer AI 40 as one of the most innovative AI-native companies.

We believe the future of creativity is AI-native, and we're shaping that future.

🚀 Why Join OpenArt

  • Build the strategic account playbook — help define how OpenArt delivers value, drives adoption, and expands its most important enterprise relationships.

  • High visibility and ownership — lead the operating cadence for high-profile accounts and work directly with senior client and internal stakeholders.

🎯 About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery and growth of OpenArt’s largest strategic accounts, including one of the world’s leading entertainment companies.

These relationships demand an exceptional standard of execution. Every email, presentation, deliverable, and meeting must be thoughtful, polished, and client-ready. You will bring structure to complex, cross-functional engagements by owning the operating cadence, coordinating internal teams, preparing executive-level materials, and ensuring consistent follow-through.

You will work closely with Enterprise GTM, Sales, Product, Studio, Legal, and Security to deliver a seamless client experience. You will also help turn what we learn from our flagship accounts into a repeatable operating playbook for future strategic customers.

This role is ideal for someone trained in a top-tier professional services environment who wants to bring that standard of client service and execution to one of the fastest-moving companies in AI.

🛠 What You’ll Do
  • Lead the day-to-day operating cadence for OpenArt’s largest strategic accounts, including meetings, agendas, notes, action items, follow-ups, and deliverable tracking.

  • Program-manage client onboarding and rollouts across multiple business units, stakeholder groups, and concurrent workstreams.

  • Prepare polished, executive-ready materials, including business reviews, account updates, proposals, presentations, and training content.

  • Coordinate teams across Enterprise GTM, Sales, Product, Studio, Legal, and Security so clients experience one coherent OpenArt.

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and proactively address risks, blockers, dependencies, and changing priorities.

  • Track product usage, adoption, account health, and expansion signals to support renewal and upsell opportunities.

  • Partner with commercial leads to identify new use cases, business units, and opportunities to grow each strategic relationship.

  • Handle confidential client information, sensitive creative materials, and intellectual property with sound judgment and discretion.

  • Document effective processes and improve OpenArt’s strategic account playbook so it can scale across future enterprise customers.

⚙ What We’re Looking For

Core Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience in a client-facing role at a top-tier professional services organization, such as management consulting, investment banking, or a leading agency or advisory firm.

  • Experience working directly with Fortune 500 companies or similarly large and complex enterprise clients.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to produce polished, client-ready materials.

  • Strong program-management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder groups.

  • Flawless attention to detail and a consistently high standard for written communication, presentations, and meeting preparation.

  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information, sensitive creative work, and intellectual property.

  • A humble, execution-first mindset and willingness to take ownership of both strategic and operational work.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.

  • Genuine interest in AI, creative technology, and the future of content production.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in or serving the entertainment, media, advertising, or creative industries.

  • Familiarity with creative production workflows, including campaign production, VFX, studio operations, or post-production.

  • Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.

  • Exposure to or active use of AI creative tools.

  • Experience helping build or standardize a new account-management, client-service, or enterprise delivery function.

🌍 Work Setup

  • Los Angeles, California.

  • Hybrid work arrangement.

  • Full-time position.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
