Role Overview

At Enterpret, we’re building the future of Customer Intelligence — helping companies deeply understand their customers by transforming feedback, conversations, and qualitative data into actionable insights through AI. Our platform enables teams across product, marketing, and customer success to make faster, customer-led decisions that drive growth and retention.

We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with our largest and most strategic customers. Reporting directly to the Global VP of Sales, this is a founding role—you’ll define how we drive renewals, expansions, and long-term value across our enterprise customer base. This role can be remote or hybrid (New York City).

You’ll thrive in ambiguity, build structure from the ground up, and collaborate across teams to define and execute a scalable, strategic account motion. As a key member of the go-to-market organization, you’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Account Executives, and Pre-Sales to ensure seamless handoffs, knowledge transfer, and aligned customer outcomes. You’ll act as a trusted consultant to our customers—deeply understanding their business priorities and leveraging insights to challenge their thinking, uncover opportunities, and strengthen their partnership with Enterpret.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and expand relationships with our largest enterprise accounts, driving renewal and growth .
  • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for senior customer stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies in collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and Product.
  • Leverage a Challenger Sales & Force Management approach to provoke new perspectives, uncover growth opportunities, and position our solutions as critical to customer success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience—from pre-sales through implementation and beyond.
  • Analyze account performance and usage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Represent the customer internally, providing actionable insights that influence roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Help design and operationalize the renewal and expansion motion as we scale.

You’ll Know You’re Successful When:

  • Renewal and expansion targets are met or exceeded
  • You’ve established repeatable processes for account planning, renewal forecasting, and executive engagement.
  • Internal teams (Sales, CS, Product) rely on your customer insights to inform roadmap and strategy.
  • Customers cite you as a trusted strategic advisor in ad-hoc or QBR feedback.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 7–10 years of demonstrated success in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments, ideally within companies that have scaled rapidly from early-stage to growth-stage.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with a strong bias for execution and measurable results.
    • Deep experience in strategic selling, prospecting, and expanding into new buying centers within large enterprise accounts.
    • Demonstrated success in building scalable renewal and expansion motions, including forecasting, playbook development, and process improvement.
    • Strong understanding of AI technologies and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for customers.
    • Proficiency with modern sales and customer engagement tools and comfort working with data-driven account insights.
    • Ability to analyze product usage trends to identify early signals of growth, expansion, or risk and take proactive action.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across technical and executive audiences.

Research shows that women and other underrepresented groups often don’t apply for roles unless they meet every qualification. If you’re excited about this role and think your experience aligns with most of what we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you. Exceptional candidates are always considered.

Benefits and Perks:
  • Autonomy and Ownership: Influence and shape the future of an early-stage startup.
  • Competitive Compensation: Highly competitive salary and early-stage startup equity.
  • Health Coverage: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement Plan: Comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k).
  • Time Off: Generous vacation policy to help you recharge.
  • Parental Leave: Maternity and paternity leave to support your growing family.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
