About Nebius:

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

The role

Nebius is scaling our Strategic Accounts team to accelerate adoption of our GPU and AI infrastructure solutions among the world’s most innovative companies. We’re seeking experienced Enterprise Account Executives with a proven track record selling GPUs or high-performance cloud infrastructure at Neo Clouds or Hyperscalers.

You’ll own strategic relationships with large Software ISVs, AI Labs, and Fortune 1000 enterprises, driving GPU adoption for large-scale training and inference workloads. This is a senior, high-impact sales role for reps who understand the intersection of compute, AI, and Enterprise business transformation.

You are welcome to work remotely from the US (West Coast California, preferred)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own the Enterprise Sales Cycle: Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals from prospecting to close across AI-native and enterprise accounts.
  • Drive GPU Adoption: Evangelize Nebius’s NVIDIA-based GPU infrastructure platform (Hoppers, Blackwells, and beyond) to help clients train, deploy, and scale advanced AI workloads.
  • Strategic Account Management: Build and expand relationships with C-suite, engineering, and procurement leaders within target accounts.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with solutions architects, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored proposals and value-driven outcomes.
  • Forecast & Execute: Maintain accurate pipeline management and deliver predictable results against quota.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of cloud, AI, and GPU industry trends to position Nebius competitively in a fast-evolving landscape.

We expect you to have:

  • 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in AI infrastructure, GPUs, or cloud compute.
  • Prior experience at a Neo Cloud or Hyperscaler (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Coreweave, Lambda, etc.) selling GPU or compute workloads.
  • Proven success selling to large Software ISVs, AI Labs, or Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Deep technical acumen around GPUs, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML training & inference.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, with consistent overachievement against quota.
  • Excellent executive communication—able to articulate business value from deeply technical solutions.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).

It will be an added bonus if you have:

  • Experience in a high-growth or start-up environment.
  • Background selling AI/ML infrastructure or Hybrid Cloud
  • Established network within enterprise AI or software ecosystems.
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise-level clients.

Key employee benefits in the US:

  • Health insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
  • 401(k) plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.
  • Parental leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Remote work reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.
  • Disability & life insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term and life insurance coverage.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
