Own and manage Nebius's end-to-end global relocation program: coordinate relocations from offer to post-arrival, manage vendors and budgets, maintain and improve policies and KPIs, ensure compliance with immigration, tax and local regulations, and partner with HR, Legal, Finance and Talent Acquisition to optimize employee mobility experience.

As a Customer Engineer, you'll be a technical advisor for Nebius GPU Cloud services, assisting clients in deploying AI solutions, optimizing GPU performance, and collaborating with sales and product teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence for powered land and build-to-suit AI infrastructure across the Americas. Define and manage scopes, procure and oversee consultants, interpret technical studies (geotechnical, environmental, utilities, network), quantify risks, recommend mitigations, and present findings to support acquisition and development decisions. Build repeatable standards, playbooks, and consultant networks.

Lead development of data center and AI infrastructure projects from executed agreement through construction readiness. Lead and scale a Forward Deployed Engineering organization supporting AI customers: hire and coach FDEs, define operating models and technical standards, engage executives and partners, convert field learnings into reusable platform improvements, and represent the function in product and ecosystem strategy.

Drive adoption of Nebius AI and cloud solutions by generating leads, building enterprise relationships, crafting solution proposals with technical teams, negotiating contracts with C-suite buyers, and closing deals to meet revenue targets. Design and implement embedded firmware and low-level software for server BMCs and GPU/HPC platforms. Enhance OpenBMC, enable real-time telemetry of power/thermal sensors, debug low-level drivers and interfaces, validate hardware-firmware integration, and contribute to long-term firmware architecture for cluster reliability.

Design and build systems for managing bare-metal infrastructure, focusing on automation, hardware provisioning, and software integration with Linux systems.
