Plan and implement daily nursing department staffing schedules, maintain the scheduling system to meet departmental needs and Medical Center values, and perform scheduling duties with minimal supervision to ensure adequate coverage.
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for planning and implementing the daily staffing schedule for various nursing departments. In addition this person maintains the scheduling system in accordance with identified needs and the Medical Center's mission and values. Performs duties under minimum supervision.

Required Qualifications:
- 6 months of Office/clerical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree
- Experience with hospital staffing.
- Experience in a service-oriented position.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
