Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Post Sales is where BILL turns new customers into retained, growing ones, spanning Onboarding, Customer Success, and Customer Solutions. As the Program Manager for Post Sales, you are the connective tissue that turns our priorities into executed outcomes. Reporting to the VP of Post Sales, you own the path from problem statement to done for our most important cross-functional initiatives. You bring structure to ambiguity, gather the requirements our partner teams need, and drive work to ground.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the VP of Post Sales and the Onboarding, CSM, and Customer Solutions directors to turn priorities into clear, sequenced plans with owners, requirements, and next steps.
  • Own aggregation of Reporting and Updates for OKRs and Performance Metrics
  • Drive ambiguous, high-priority cross-functional initiatives to ground, spanning Sales, RevOps, BizTech, Product, Finance, and Risk/Fraud.
  • Gather and document requirements for reporting, dashboards, and workflow changes, then partner with RevOps and BizTech, who own the build, to see them through to delivery.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for Post Sales projects and status inside RevOps' system, not a parallel tracker.
  • Operationalize the Post Sales.OS cadence across rep, manager, director, and VP: documentation, reporting, accountability, and continuous improvement.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 4 to 7 years in program or project management, business operations, revenue operations, or a comparable role driving cross-functional execution.
  • A track record of taking ambiguous initiatives from problem to done, and a talent for bringing structure to chaos.
  • Strength in gathering requirements and translating business problems into clear specifications for operations and technical partners.
  • The ability to influence peers, managers, and directors toward shared goals without direct reporting authority.
  • Fluency working within existing systems of record and standards; a partner to Ops, not a parallel builder.
  • Comfort with core Post Sales and Customer Success metrics (retention, net revenue, onboarding, CSAT) and the ability to turn data into clear narratives.
  • A highly organized, low-ego, high-follow-through style, and discretion with sensitive information.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
