Defines and articulates a compelling product vision and strategy for sales enablement tools, with a strong focus on Salesforce integration and optimization. Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
Conducts thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement within the sales workflow. Translates business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Leverages extensive knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products to design and implement solutions that maximize platform capabilities for sales enablement. Collaborates closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure successful implementation and ongoing optimization.
Works closely with sales leadership, sales operations, engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives. Acts as the primary liaison between the sales team and product development.
Leads product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, training materials, and success metrics. Monitors product performance post-launch, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions to drive continuous improvement and user adoption.
Utilizes data analytics to inform product decisions, measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
7+ years of product management experience, sales enablement, CRM, or related enterprise software.
Experience working with tooling for sales outreach, scheduling, opportunity capture, etc..
Proven expertise with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, etc.), including a strong understanding of configurations, custom objects, workflows, and integrations. Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Proven success managing the end-to-end product lifecycle —from concept through launch and iteration, including build and buy solutions.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with engineering teams and vendor integrations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, sales, operations and more. Experience with Agile methodologies, tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and ceremonies.
Self-driven and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to translate complicated business concepts to digestible components and capabilities. Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
