About Us

At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive “sick-care” to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience across our domestic and global clinics, have allowed us to lead the change against “we caught it too late again".

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager, Growth & E-commerce Experimentation to accelerate how Prenuvo learns and improves across our digital commerce experience.

This is a hands-on growth product role. You will own a high-velocity experimentation roadmap across the customer consideration and purchase journey, from landing pages and product discovery through selection, booking, checkout, and immediate post-purchase experiences. You will turn customer behavior, qualitative insight, and business data into clear hypotheses and measurable tests.

You will partner closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, E-commerce, Clinical, Legal, Privacy, and Operations to move quickly without compromising patient trust or the integrity of the healthcare experience.

An immediate area of focus will be improving conversion and learning velocity across Prenuvo’s booking experience: understanding where customers experience friction, testing how we position and package our offerings, and building the instrumentation required to know what is working and why.

You will help Prenuvo evolve from running individual tests to operating a durable experimentation engine that continuously improves the customer experience and informs broader product strategy.

This role does not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa (current or future).

Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high performing teams with deep expertise - join us to make a difference in people’s lives!

What You'll Do

  • Own a prioritized e-commerce experimentation roadmap tied to clear customer and business outcomes, including conversion, product selection, booking completion, average order value, and repeat purchase.
  • Use funnel analysis, behavioral data, customer research, and qualitative feedback to identify the highest-value friction points and growth opportunities across the digital journey.
  • Turn opportunities into clear hypotheses with defined target populations, success metrics, guardrails, and decision criteria before tests launch.
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to prototype, build, and launch A/B tests and other experiments rapidly while maintaining a high-quality patient experience.
  • Build the measurement and instrumentation needed to understand customer behavior across landing, selection, scheduling, checkout, and post-purchase flows.
  • Analyze experiment results with Analytics, distinguish signal from noise, and translate findings into clear product decisions, follow-up tests, or scaled experiences.
  • Partner with Marketing and E-commerce on offer, merchandising, messaging, pricing, packaging, and channel-to-site experiments while maintaining clear product ownership of the end-to-end experience.
  • Establish lightweight experimentation standards, documentation, and learning loops so insights are reusable rather than lost after an individual test ends.
  • Ensure experiments account for healthcare-specific guardrails, including clinical accuracy, privacy, legal requirements, accessibility, operational readiness, and customer trust.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with meaningful experience in consumer growth, e-commerce, conversion optimization, or experimentation.
  • A track record of improving digital funnels through structured experimentation and measurable product changes.
  • Hands-on experience designing and evaluating A/B tests, including hypotheses, success metrics, guardrails, segmentation, and experiment interpretation.
  • Strong analytical fluency and comfort working with funnel data, behavioral analytics, experiment results, and dashboards to make product decisions.
  • Excellent product judgment with the ability to balance conversion opportunities with customer comprehension, trust, and long-term value.
  • Experience partnering closely with product design and engineering to move from insight to shipped experiment quickly.
  • Experience working across Marketing, E-commerce, Analytics, and other commercial teams where ownership can span multiple functions.
  • Ability to separate a customer problem from a proposed solution and design tests that generate useful learning, not just activity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain experiment design, results, uncertainty, and recommendations to executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, prioritizing among many possible tests, and making practical trade-offs between rigor and speed.
  • Experience in healthcare, health technology, regulated consumer products, or another high-trust environment is preferred.
  • Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment is strongly preferred.

How You Work

  • You are naturally curious about customer behavior. When you see a drop-off, unexpected pattern, or strong opinion, your instinct is to ask what we can learn and how we can test it.
  • You are analytical without becoming academic. You care about experimental rigor, but you also know how to make pragmatic decisions when perfect data is not available.
  • You move quickly and collaborate well across functions. You can challenge assumptions, narrow an oversized idea into a testable hypothesis, and keep teams focused on the learning that matters.

Most importantly, you understand that growth in healthcare depends on trust. You optimize the commercial experience without compromising clarity, clinical integrity, or the patient experience.

  • We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, including Mental Health coverage, to support you and your family
  • The base salary for this role ranges from $161,500-$190,000 in local currency, depending upon experience and geographic location

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
