Build repeatable research practices, toolkits, and outreach channels while partnering with Design, Product, clinics, and quantitative researchers. Conduct privacy-conscious research involving sensitive healthcare decisions, considering HIPAA and IRB requirements. Translate patient goals, barriers, and mental models into actionable product and experience improvements.

Build and operate production-grade data pipelines and models connecting marketing, event, operational, and SaaS data into Databricks. Own data quality, testing, monitoring, lineage, orchestration, attribution, identity resolution, and governed semantic-layer contributions. Partner cross-functionally on privacy-aware data flows, event taxonomies, and reliable Growth data products while improving engineering standards and maintainability.

Leads enterprise analytical modeling and semantic architecture, establishes standards for testing, documentation, governance, lineage, observability, and access, and develops reusable governed data products. Partners across Product, Engineering, Finance, Clinical, Research, Marketing, and AI teams; guides architecture reviews, data quality ownership, semantic layer design, and governance adoption. Mentors engineers and drives modernization of analytical environments.

Own revenue forecasting, annual planning, long-range planning, scenario analysis, driver-based financial models, and performance reporting. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Expansion, Data, Product, Strategy, and Accounting to analyze revenue drivers, pricing, capacity, unit economics, and growth initiatives. Present actionable insights to executives and the Board, improve forecasting systems and data governance, and lead one FP&A direct report.

Own the strategy, architecture, roadmap, governance, and operations of the marketing technology ecosystem. Lead CRM, marketing automation, CDP, analytics, attribution, experimentation, personalization, data integrations, and automation initiatives. Partner with Marketing, Growth, Data, Product, and Engineering leadership; manage vendors, contracts, budgets, implementation, adoption, data quality, and operational risk. Provide technical direction and mentorship while translating complex decisions for executive stakeholders.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for 8–12+ technical requisitions across engineering, AI/ML, data, and product. Develop sourcing strategies, conduct technical screens, manage Greenhouse workflows, coordinate structured interviews, advise hiring leaders, negotiate offers, and provide a high-touch candidate experience. This autonomous six-month contract requires recruiting across seniority levels and geographies, including difficult-to-fill technical roles.

Support and execute compensation and total rewards programs, including merit and bonus cycles, salary structures, pay bands, benchmarking, pay equity reviews, and budget modeling. Extract, reconcile, and analyze workforce data across HRIS, ATS, and finance systems. Build executive dashboards, maintain job architecture and compensation policies, improve data integrity and processes, and provide leadership with insights for compensation decisions and compliance reporting.

Lead QA for web and backend systems: design and execute manual and automated tests (UI, functional, regression, accessibility, API), integrate testing into CI/CD, track and triage defects, perform root-cause analysis, mentor junior QA, and contribute to performance and security testing and process improvements.

Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs (checkout, payments, scheduling, accounts) using Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
