You will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of technology solutions for the HR function to enhance employee experiences and optimize HR processes and tools globally. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs and configuration specifications, and design and configure scalable systems and workflows to meet requirements using platform administration and configuration best practices.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 - $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors

- Develop and implement HR tech, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Product, Finance, Design, and Operations to align technology initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Continuously assess and optimize HR systems, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency, user experience, and data integrity.
- Ensure HR technology systems comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and data security protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product configuration issues, providing expert guidance to drive successful outcomes and optimize HR system functionality.
- Develop and implement effective system configuration solutions for HR-related systems, leveraging expertise in talent and talent acquisition concepts, and staying up-to-date on new feature releases and cross-application features.
- Support change management efforts related to HR technology implementations, upgrades, and process enhancements, ensuring successful adoption and integration.
- Participate in testing and release management within Agile pod(s) to ensure a successful end-user experience for all deployments.

- I am passionate about talent, skills, and talent acquisition, and I have a track record of driving innovative solutions and have a strong foundation in HR systems and processes, including extensive experience with Workday.
- I have experience with digital HR products, including product strategy, vision, and gathering of requirements.
- I have experience working with Product and/or Agile development teams, in Human Resources and/or HR Technology.
- I am a collaborator with cross-functional teams from product, design, HR and other parts of the business.
- I understand standard product management methodology/practices, technology, and supporting industry principles.
- I have relevant technical skills (e.g., Workday, Eightfold, Cornerstone) to support product management activities, data collection, etc., as needed.
