The Head of IT, Commercial Capabilities will lead our global Commercial IT portfolio. This strategic leadership role will be instrumental in shaping and delivering technology solutions that support our commercial functions across zones. The role will drive modernization, standardization, and automation across areas such as Omni Channel Sales, Trade Planning and Investment, Revenue Management, and Commercial Finance.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$184,800.00 - $231,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.

The Head of IT, Commercial Capabilities will lead our global Commercial IT portfolio. What's on the menu?
- Lead, coach, mentor and develop a global team of Portfolio Managers, Product Managers, and Solution Architects to deliver scalable commercial technologies.
- Partner with business capability owners and stakeholders to design, deploy, and support solutions that drive value-based outcomes. While leveraging a deep understanding of Omni Channel Sales and Commercial Finance Business Processes
- Own and manage a portfolio of commercial IT initiatives and solutions, including "Customer 360" via Salesforce (CG & Sales Cloud), Trade Platform Excellence (TPx, TPM), Product Portfolio & Price Optimization tools, Image Recognition and other retail execution tools, and AI-enabled decision support platforms.
- Advance multiple Product Teams using a Scaled Agile and DevOps framework
- Drive adoption of internal AI tools to enhance strategic planning, reporting, and scenario modeling.
- Collaborate with zone IT leaders to ensure alignment and execution across AEM, CE/NE/East, ANJ, and LATAM.
- Ensure all commercial applications are current, secure, and fit for purpose.
- Champion innovation by scouting disruptive technologies and integrating industry best practices.
- Govern and prioritize initiatives through forums such as the Functional Capabilities Portfolio Review and Digital Portfolio Planning.

- I have experience leading large-scale commercial IT portfolios and transformation initiatives.
- I have experience with "Customer 360" via Salesforce (CG & Sales Cloud), and/or Trade Platform Excellence (TPx, TPM), Product Portfolio & Price Optimization tools, Image Recognition and other retail execution tools, and AI-enabled decision support platforms.
- I have strong people management skills and a track record of building high-performing global teams.
- I have deep expertise in commercial technologies and platforms, including trade and revenue management tools.
- I have experience working with AI platforms and integrating them into business workflows.
- I have prior experience managing third-party service providers and systems integrators.
