About the role:

We’re looking for a Staff Data Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution for our DataPro and Clinical Rules products. This role reports to the VP of Data Product Management.

Where you will work:

This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

What you will do:
  • Driving the strategy and execution for our DataPro and Clinical Rules products. DataPro is our provider-facing data and insights tool that various large health systems and companies use. Our clinical rules products facilitate research, building, and testing of hundreds of metrics we use to assess provider performance.
  • Working closely with data scientists, clinical researchers, and DataPro account management to understand business needs and opportunities.
  • Prioritizing and planning work for data science and engineering teams supporting the relevant products.
  • Meeting with DataPro clients to understand their use cases and priorities and communicate product information.
What you will bring to the team:
  • 7+ years of product management experience, especially in building data and analytics products
  • Experience managing a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong technical experience, ideally with prior hands-on experience as a software engineer or data scientist
  • Strong SQL and Python skills
  • Experience in healthcare technology (preferred)
  • A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
  • Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment 
  • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Garner does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time 
Compensation Transparency:

The target salary range for this position is $240,000 - $260,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
