We're seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our mission-driven team and support our growing client base. As a V3 recruiter, you'll serve as a strategic advisor to founders and hiring managers, hold an incredibly high bar for the talent we recruit, and coach our stakeholders on what it takes to win in this market. Day to day, your role will be to supercharge the top of the funnel for our clients' most critical hiring needs, managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle with the urgency and precision that startup growth demands.
- 4+ years of experience as a top-performing technical and/or executive recruiter at a respected search firm, VC, or hyper-growth startup
- Expertise across the entire recruiting lifecycle from strategic sourcing to final-stage negotiations and closing
- In-depth knowledge of modern sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional track record of exceeding hiring goals
- Top performer working in high-pressure environments
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, problem-solve, and be a positive influence
- Skilled in guiding candidates through challenging scenarios such as juggling multiple job offers, acing interviews, and setting realistic expectations around hiring timelines.
- Market expertise in Software Engineering, Product, and/or Executive hiring
- Mastery of boolean searches, creative sourcing strategies, and persuasive communication
- Relentless self-accountability, drive, and responsiveness to key stakeholders
