            We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex fintech software solutions. In this hybrid client-facing role, you’ll act as both a project manager and a technical consultant — managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication while ensuring high-quality outcomes and technical alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end software delivery across multiple projects.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and scope to ensure successful completion.
- Define responsibilities within development teams and provide feedback to maintain efficiency.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies, internal meetings, and technical discussions.
- Track and report project progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure high-quality documentation for all phases of the project.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and engineering leads.
- Translate client requirements into actionable development tasks and project milestones.
- Manage expectations, communicate updates, and identify opportunities for additional value or growth.
- Partner with technical counterparts to validate proposed solutions and architecture.
- Mentor engineers and conduct one-on-one meetings to support professional growth.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement and development best practices.
- Foster collaboration across distributed teams in different time zones.
- Support project estimations and technical discussions during the pre-sales phase.
- Ensure smooth handoffs between pre-sales and engineering teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud architecture, and agile methodologies.
- Ability to oversee multiple teams and ensure smooth delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and spoken English – advanced).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience leading teams in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Technical background or experience as a developer (preferred).
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and project profitability.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Fintech or Banking projects.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Scrum Master or PMP certification.
