THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Senior Supplier Manager to strengthen and elevate the North American supplier management team who are fundamental to the success of our Connect portfolio.

You live and breathe Internet, Connectivity and Cloud and bring strong experience in building and managing supplier relationships, The operational and commercial quality differentiates the sellers and this is what excites you. You’ll be the driving force that will take our local supplier partner relationships, who are enabling Internet and Cloud services, forward and tell our story far and wide. You’ll make sure that all our underlay service options guarantee an amazing customer experience along their entire journey and supports their businesses today, tomorrow and into the future.

You will work with a passionate and professional team of supplier management representatives in the Americas region. As the Supplier Relations Management team, it is your shared objective to find, develop and manage first in class local partner relationships that can deliver a unique commercial and operational customer experience. 


THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and advocate a strategic partner developed in support of the companie´s product vision for Internet and Cloud
  • Lead and manage the commercial and operational quality of local capabilities, including pricing, availability, performance & automation.
  • Enable the Product Team to create the value of Internet & Cloud
  • Work with the in-house agile development teams to build, deliver and transform the organization required to deliver an outstanding supplier experience via automation
  • Work with the internal teams to capture existing and new supplier needs that require enhancement or extension of the current supplier management and supporting processes.
  • Represent Supplier Quality towards the internal teams
  • Drive the best buying options ensuring quality, compliancy, and first-time right commercials, while managing the best cost position of the installed base.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize work to the needs of the business.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and execute while navigating customer relationships.
  • Experience managing contracts, customer relationships, suppliers, and strategic sourcing.
  • Structured, methodical and well-organized, creative, persistent, quality and result driven.
