We are looking for a full stack Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale our AI application development. An experienced engineer who is passionate about building enterprise grade systems and applying AI concepts while implementing the solutions. You're passionate about new technologies and ready to push the boundaries of what is achievable. You're enthusiastic about working in the latest technologies and ability and desire to bring new ideas.

What You Get to Do in This Role

• Implement AI-Native product development, using cutting-edge technical approaches to deliver business value
  Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into well-architected solutions, owning features from design through delivery
• Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit Testing, etc.)
• Build intuitive and extensible user experiences using modern UI frameworks, ensuring flexibility for customer-specific needs
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while enhancing existing product capabilities
• Integrate automated testing into development workflows to ensure consistent quality across releases
• Participate in design and code reviews ensuring best practices in performance, maintainability, and testability.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, integration and performance aspects
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by sharing best practices in engineering and quality
• Promote a culture of engineering craftsmanship, knowledge-sharing, and thoughtful quality practices across the team
• Bring judgment on where AI belongs in the engineering workflow, and set the guardrails for AI assisted development

• Experience in leveraging critical thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analysing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with 5-8 years of software industry experience
• 1+ years of hands-on work with LLM prompting, agent design, and retrieval systems (RAG, semantic search,
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, or similar), including tool/function calling, structured-output enforcement, and guardrails.
• Experience building and debugging evaluation harnesses and metrics for AI features, such as accuracy, reg detection.
• Strong JavaScript/Node.js , Python,Java, with solid data modelling and query optimization
