Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Business, Finance, or related field required. 
  • A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of 4 years' progressive experience in a related field required

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $65,600 to $82,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Brief Overview:

The Sr. Sales Ops Advisor role resides within the Sales Operations team and directly interacts with the WWT Account Management teams, authorized supply partners, end-user customers as well as other internal WWT Operational support teams. The primary focus is to be a direct point of contact responsible for providing day to day support for all quoting and order management activities within assigned accounts. This role requires an expert knowledge of key internal systems and processes, in-depth knowledge of our go-to-market strategy as well as partner facing applications and promotions that allow us to competitively source products and services.

The Sr. Sales Ops Advisor possesses the necessary subject matter expertise to engage in proactive customer and partner conversations regarding WWT's capabilities and IT offerings. In addition, the Sr. Sales Ops Advisor will be expected to take a proactive lead in building and maintaining a high-performance culture with all supporting teams, partners and customers resulting in the achievement of all financial targets. Detailed and timely communication is critical to the success of this role as well as the consistent execution of the responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Establishes yourself as the primary point of contact within assigned accounts for all quoting and order management activities.
  • Owns authority to define pricing on quotes for assigned accounts.
  • Responds accurately to customer requirements within the stated time frames (requests for quotes, order processing, product information, order tracking details).
  • Builds and maintains a strong working knowledge of assigned accounts.
  • Builds and maintains a strong working knowledge of strategic OEM products and services.
  • Mentors and trains new hires into the department on processes and monitor and measure performance through Key Performance Indicators.
  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge and use of WWT tools, processes and partner facing applications to build and validate technical configurations.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of WWT’s Go-To-Market Strategy and solution offerings.
  • Participates in weekly ATC Strategy Meetings / Call (ATSM).
  • Participates in all key account planning sessions as well as key customer and partner briefings.
  • Validates that teams are accurately utilizing Direct and Indirect sources of supply.
  • Provides approval authority in leveraging product promotions and rebate incentives.
  • Spearheads training on the partner registration process.
  • Recognizes and takes necessary action to upsell and or attach services to an existing opportunity.
  • Provide detailed quote and order management reports to key stakeholders.
