As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager for Advanced Analytics, you'll play a critical role in advancing our GTM engine, focusing on revenue analyses, forecasting precision, and building a data-driven revenue organization.
You’ll partner closely with cross-functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Solutions Architecture, and Data Engineering to drive actionable insights, optimize pipeline performance, and strengthen revenue predictability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building from scratch, influencing strategy through data, and loves working on project-based initiatives that have high organizational impact.
What You’ll Do- Evolve CoreWeave’s forecasting frameworks—developing predictive, scalable, and trustworthy revenue and pipeline forecasting processes
- Architect and automate dashboards, models, and reporting packages to drive insights across pipeline health, rep productivity, attainment, sales efficiency
- Own analytics across key GTM metrics including bookings, pipeline generation, funnel conversion, and sales velocity, transforming trends into strategic actions
- Design and maintain scalable territory, quota, and capacity planning infrastructure to enable annual and quarterly planning cycles
- Build visibility into the joint pipeline and possible cross selling opportunities between CoreWeave and Weights & Biases (acquired May 2025), maximizing revenue and informing our integration strategy
- Champion data hygiene and pipeline integrity in Salesforce, driving adoption and accountability across Sales leadership
- Lead special cross-functional RevOps projects (e.g., pricing impact analysis, channel sales support, partner GTM modeling, etc.)
- Translate complex analysis into crisp, visually compelling executive-level summaries and dashboards

What You’ll Need- 6–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Sales Analytics roles at high-growth B2B SaaS, Cloud, or Infrastructure companies
- Deep analytical expertise with strong Excel and BI tool proficiency (e.g., Tableau, Mosaic, Looker, etc.)
- Experience owning end-to-end revenue forecasting and analytics processes, with demonstrated impact on GTM outcomes
- Advanced understanding of sales lifecycle metrics (pipeline coverage, conversion rates, rep performance, etc.)
- Excellent business judgment and communication skills—able to influence across cross-functional teams with data-driven insights
- Experience building from scratch—new forecasting models, dashboards, or operational processes—with scalability in mind
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and can context-switch between strategic and tactical initiatives
- Strong Salesforce reporting skills and understanding of GTM systems integrations
- Ability to distill complexity into clear recommendations, both visually and verbally
- Functional knowledge of SQL and experience architecting self-serve analytics environments
- Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
- Background in strategy consulting, investment banking, or private equity (with focus on SaaS or Cloud)
- Salesforce Admin certification or hands-on admin-level expertise
- Experience managing or scaling RevOps infrastructure to support $100M+ revenue scale
The base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
