About Engine

Engine is the AI-native platform for intelligent travel. For a decade, Engine has built the proprietary technology and supply behind modern business travel, serving over 40,000 customers and nearly 2 million travelers, along with leading travel and AI companies that build on Engine's infrastructure. One system powers business travel, group travel, human agents, and AI agents.
That work has earned Engine recognition as TravelTech's Reservation Platform of the Year (2026), a spot on Inc.'s Power Partners list (2026), and one of Built In's Best Places to Work (2020–2026).
We're looking for bold, ambitious people to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel. Working here, you can expect exponential growth, an ambitious pace, full ownership, and high-caliber colleagues who push you to do the best work of your career. Every hire raises the bar.
Come outpace the ordinary and build the future of travel with us.

Your Mission:

As a Sr. Revenue Enablement Manager, Groups, you'll be the dedicated enablement partner for Engine's Groups business. That team helps everyone from corporate offsites and field crews to weddings, sports teams, and disaster-relief deployments book hotel room blocks. New-hire onboarding is largely owned by a partner team. You own everything after it: ongoing enablement and everboarding that keep the Groups team sharp, consistent, and growing revenue. You'll report to the Manager, Revenue Enablement once that role is filled, and to the Director of Revenue Enablement until then. Here's what you'll take charge of:

Own Groups Enablement:

  • Everboarding Programs: Plan, build, and deliver the Groups training program after onboarding, including skill-building paths, refreshers, and certifications on Engine's group products, sales process, and call expectations.
  • Playbooks: Develop, deliver, and train Groups playbooks with Groups leadership, front-line managers, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing, covering areas such as qualifying requests, building and presenting room-block proposals, handling objections, and expanding repeat group business.
  • Onboarding Alignment: Partner with the onboarding team so what's learned in onboarding carries through once reps are ramped.
  • AI-First Enablement: Build AI first. Use AI to create Groups training, playbooks, role-plays, and coaching at scale, so every rep gets more practice, faster answers, and content that keeps up with the business.

Partner with the Groups Business:

  • Know the Groups Business: Build a deep understanding of how Groups sells and serves customers, who it serves, what it's measured on, and what's changing in the group travel market.
  • Embedded Partnership: Spend regular time with Groups leaders, front-line managers, and reps. Join team meetings and pipeline reviews to understand needs and turn them into enablement that improves performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and the broader Revenue Enablement team so launches, messaging, and process changes reach Groups ready to use.

Programs & Measurement:

  • Measure What Matters: Track and report enablement impact for Groups, such as certification and program adoption, request-to-booking conversion, revenue per rep, and repeat or expansion business.
  • Performance Inspection: Drive results through inspection, evaluation, and accountability on the skills and playbooks you design, using call reviews and performance data.
  • Enablement Tech Stack: Make sure the Groups team gets full value from our tools. Work with our tools and systems team so new tools actually get adopted.
  • Launch Readiness: Get the Groups team ready for new products, features, pricing, and process changes.

Why This Role: AI-First at Engine:

At Engine, AI isn't a side project. It's how we work. Our access to create with AI is incredibly unique, and this role is a rare chance to get exposure to a ton of AI tools and learn from the best. The expectation is simple: AI first, to create scale, so enablement reaches every corner of the Groups team faster. Building this way grows Engine, and it grows your skill set too. If you're growth-minded and excited to build what's next, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Bring to Engine:
  • Experience: 4+ years in revenue enablement, sales enablement, sales training, or a customer-facing revenue role, including 2+ years designing and delivering enablement or training programs.
  • Group Sales Familiarity: Experience enabling or working in group sales, hospitality, events, or travel sales teams is a strong plus but not required.
  • Facilitation: You can lead a room, in person or virtually, and you can turn complex products and processes into training people actually use.
  • Business Acumen: You learn new business models quickly and can turn pipeline and performance data into a focused training or coaching response.
  • Skills: Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management, plus a working knowledge of B2B sales methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Tech-Savvy: Bonus points if you're fluent in Salesforce, conversation intelligence tools (e.g., Momentum), and enablement/LMS platforms (e.g., GTMBuddy, LetterAI).
  • AI-First Mindset: You reach for AI first to create scale, and you're excited to get hands-on with a wide range of AI tools. You're growth-minded and eager to keep building your skill set.
  • Mindset: You're ready to roll up your sleeves, work independently, and deliver results that matter.

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience in hotel group sales, room blocks, or event and meeting sales.
  • Background in B2B travel, hospitality, or marketplace businesses.
  • Experience carrying a quota or working as a rep or account manager.
  • Examples of enablement content, practice, or coaching you've built with AI.

Location & Travel:
This role is preferably based in or near one of our hubs in Denver, CO; Tempe, AZ; or Chicago, IL, and we're open to remote candidates elsewhere in the US. Expect to travel about one week per month to work with teams in person, plus major company events.

We accept applications for this role on an ongoing basis. We review applications as they are received and encourage interested candidates to apply early.

Compensation
Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, all roles receive equity. What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
