Develop and scale experiments across digital, events, referrals, affiliates, and community; use data and AI to optimize performance; collaborate with Product, Sales, Design, and Lifecycle teams; and influence roadmap decisions to improve customer acquisition, retention, and the wedding booking experience.

Build production-grade tools, services, integrations, data pipelines, and automations that support sales and growth teams. Identify account signals, prioritize opportunities, connect Salesforce and external data systems, and improve customer acquisition workflows. Partner with Sales and Growth to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, rapidly test experiments, and maintain reliable applications with strong architectural, security, and quality practices.

Partners with Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve implementation blockers, shape product priorities, scope complex deals, define technical requirements, and accelerate time to first transaction. Also provides senior leadership for corporate card program implementations.

Lead and scale business and GTM recruiting across multiple corporate functions. Develop talent acquisition strategies, workforce plans, hiring metrics, recruiting processes, employer brand initiatives, and candidate experience improvements. Build and mentor a high-performing recruiting team, advise senior leaders, and integrate AI and automation into sourcing, screening, assessment, scheduling, and pipeline management.

Lead Engine’s global events portfolio across conferences, executive experiences, partner and supply events, government programs, and first-party customer events. Own strategy, budgets, calendars, execution, brand experience, attendee recruitment, measurement, and monetization. Build scalable playbooks connecting events to pipeline, revenue, sponsorships, and partner participation. Manage multiple event motions across product lines while collaborating with brand, growth, partnerships, sales, supply teams, vendors, and agencies.

Leads strategy and operations for the global expansion organization, partnering with revenue leadership on segmentation, account scoring, capacity planning, quotas, metrics, forecasting, and operating cadence. Standardizes post-sale expansion motions, develops AI and automation strategy, and partners with systems and enablement teams to improve productivity. Builds analytical models and insights for leadership while hiring and managing a team of analysts and operations partners.

Own acquisition and retention growth for the weddings vertical by developing channel strategies, running experiments, scaling successful programs, and building lifecycle initiatives. Partner with Product and Sales to improve the wedding customer experience and roadmap, analyze performance data, execute hands-on growth work, and use AI to personalize programs and accelerate testing.

Own the Omni hotel booking platform roadmap across its Swift low-code storefront and Halo API. Drive API, SDK, documentation, partner onboarding, sandbox, credentials, diagnostics, and integration experiences from ideation through launch. Collaborate with engineering, commercial, and partnerships teams to simplify complex infrastructure, improve developer experience, and accelerate partners from evaluation to live bookings. Requires strong technical product judgment, API and platform expertise, prioritization skills, and comfort operating with ambiguity.

Lead Engine’s total rewards strategy across compensation, equity, benefits, job architecture, pay transparency, and geographic expansion. Advise executives on compensation and equity decisions, anticipate AI-driven workforce changes, build predictive analytics and market intelligence, modernize compensation technology, ensure compliance, and enable managers to communicate rewards effectively. The role requires deep expertise in compensation design, equity strategy, executive incentives, analytics, and scalable rewards programs in high-growth companies.

Leads company-wide business operations, planning cadences, resource allocation, strategic initiative execution, executive reporting, and operational analytics. Partners with the CEO, ELT, Finance, and People teams to translate strategy into goals, headcount plans, and measurable execution. Builds and manages a centralized team of program managers and business operators, improves decision-making infrastructure, and advances AI-driven automation across operating processes.

Lead corporate FP&A, quarterly forecasting, annual planning, board reporting, cash flow and equity burn modeling, corporate OpEx allocations, covenant reporting, and month-end analysis. Partner with executives and department leaders to identify risks, optimize costs, influence capital allocation, and improve Adaptive Planning processes. Build scalable finance infrastructure, deliver strategic insights, and communicate financial performance to the Board and investors.

Own internal communications for Engine’s Go-To-Market organization, advising senior commercial leaders and translating strategy into clear messaging. Lead communications for sales kickoffs, QBRs, incentive rollouts, organizational changes, town halls, and executive updates. Partner cross-functionally, coach leaders, manage change communications, and develop AI-enabled workflows to scale communications while preserving leader voice and consistency.

Administer NetSuite, UKG, Adaptive Insights, Numeric, Zip, and Tray.io, including configurations, workflows, integrations, permissions, access reviews, maintenance, documentation, and automation. Partner with Finance, Accounting, and People teams to translate business needs into system improvements, resolve issues quickly, support cross-functional technical initiatives, and eliminate repetitive manual work using AI and automation tools.

Build and maintain Engine X performance dashboards, reporting frameworks, data models, and complex SQL analyses using Snowflake. Track card, booking, rewards, spending, and retention metrics; investigate anomalies; support A/B tests; document metric definitions; and communicate findings to product, finance, and leadership. Collaborate with analytics and data engineering teams to validate pipelines and improve data quality.

Own and grow a portfolio of hotel chains, property management groups, ownership groups, and key lodging partners. Manage relationship cadence, QBRs, performance reviews, escalations, activation, revenue growth, and expansion opportunities. Monitor partner metrics, address underperformance, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Pricing, Connectivity, and Operations, and support renewals and commercial discussions. Maintain accurate partner, rate, contract, and pipeline records while tracking lodging distribution and technology trends.
