Fabletics is currently looking for a Sr. Research Analyst, Consumer Insights to join our Consumer Insights team!

How do you fit in?

As a Sr. Research Analyst, Consumer Insights, you will develop and execute primary and secondary research and strategic analyses, translating data into insights and actionable recommendations to support business functions and strategic initiatives. The right candidate should be able to execute quantitative and qualitative research, analyze first- and second-party data, and synthesize findings into presentations for various stakeholders, including the executive team. This candidate will also work closely with our Data Analytics team to analyze and integrate Fabletics customer data (e.g., transaction, site) into their research and to manage Tableau dashboards of recurring survey data.

An ideal candidate has a background in both quantitative and qualitative research as well as strong analytical and project management skills. They are a quick learner that is data-driven and has a “get-it-done”, execution-focused mentality. They should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and SPSS. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and using AI research and analysis tools are a plus.

This role will sit in the Strategy & Operations organization at Fabletics. The role will primarily focus on the US but will cover international markets as well.

What you will do:

  • Own end-to-end execution of waved and recurring consumer and customer surveys (e.g., brand health tracker, category awareness and usage, new product styles concept testing).

  • Support / execute full quantitative and qualitative research projects on marketing campaigns, new product categories, site and retail store experience, and other strategic priorities, from questionnaire/interview design to analysis and reporting in Excel, Powerpoint, and SPSS.

  • Support / execute research logistics, including survey programming and testing/QA using survey distribution software (e.g., Alchemer, Qualtrics), CRM emails and SMS, recruiting and scheduling customers for in-person and virtual focus groups/IDIs.

  • Assist in development and execution of “Meet-the-Member” and product wear testing in-person and virtual events with Fabletics customers.

  • Incorporate Fabletics customer data (e.g., transaction, web analytics), managed by Data Analytics team, into research projects, to contextualize research in broader business narrative.

  • Manage and refine Tableau dashboards with recurring survey data to support reporting and stakeholder enablement.

  • Identify, evaluate, manage, and collaborate with research suppliers for primary research projects that require specialized expertise, analytics, or panel services.

  • Manage project timelines based on stakeholder needs, support from other teams and research suppliers, and shifting priorities.

  • Manage and collaborate with stakeholders throughout project lifecycle, from project kickoff and research brief to final share-out. Provide clear, data-driven recommendations that support stakeholder decision-making.

  • Create research presentation decks and reports that clearly and concisely deliver findings and recommendations for functional stakeholders and executive team.

  • Champion voice-of-the-customer and consumer data across organization, acting as customer advocate while keeping business priorities in mind. Build and manage relationships across the organization, building credibility and being service-oriented.

  • Identify and implement new and innovative research techniques to address business needs.

  • Monitor consumer, market, category, and competitor trends and communicate these internally.

What you can bring:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.

  • 4+ years of market research experience at a leading research firm or corporate insights team.

  • Experience leading and executing both qualitative and quantitative research projects, using a range of research methodologies.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills and natural curiosity

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Proactive self-starter with a high level of accountability, bias for action, and sense of urgency. Takes initiative to identify and execute on opportunities for improvement

  • Resourceful, comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities

  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to manage multiple project timelines

Preferred Skills:

Candidate should possess or be willing to quickly gain these skills via on-the-job training:

  • Proficiency in SPSS

  • Comfortable using AI research and analysis tools to support their work

  • Strong data visualization skills, including developing and managing dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

*Varied for retail, fulfillment and fully remote roles. 

The annual base salary range for this position is from $85,000-$105,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
