Manage a broader and more complex member portfolio independently. Deliver lending production, deepen relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor across multiple member life stages. Build, manage, and deepen relationships with members through high-touch, personalized service and consultative lending expertise. Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned members, support them across key financial moments while driving lending production, engagement, and retention.
Essential Responsibilities
- Own the full lending lifecycle, including pipeline management, origination, and closing in alignment with Alliant policies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned members, delivering high-touch, concierge-level service
- Act as a retention resource by identifying and addressing at-risk members with effective solutions
- Resolve complex member issues by coordinating across internal partners to ensure timely, seamless outcomes
- Serve as the first point of contact for assigned employment partnership groups, ensuring a seamless onboarding and integration experience
- Provide white-glove service to newly onboarded members, guiding adoption through personalized outreach, education, and proactive outreach engagement
- Act as a liaison between members and internal teams, removing friction and ensuring a consistent, high-quality onboarding journey
- Deliver curated product and lending solutions aligned to member needs, accelerating early relationship value and long-term engagement
- Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions and follow-ups within required systems
- Contribute to team effectiveness by sharing best practices and supporting continuous improvement
- Consistently deliver a “WOW” member experience by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and building lasting trust in every interaction
Education & Years of Experience
- Minimum: High School or Equivalent
- Minimum: 2 — Relationship-focused, sales, lending, or financial services role. Delivering personalized, high-touch service and building long-term relationships or related
- Preferred: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree — Business, Finance, Communications, or related
Preferred: 2 — Consumer lending, pipeline management, or consultative sales
License/Certifications/Training
- Required: Illinois P&C License within 60 days of hire
- Required: NMLS registration within 30 days
Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $41,900.00 to $59,400.00 Annually with incentive plan. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
