We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Senior Project Manager supporting residential energy efficiency and construction programs. You will oversee all aspects of project delivery—from planning and scheduling to budgeting, QA/QC, and contract management—ensuring successful execution aligned with client goals and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple residential projects from start to finish. Only applicants residing in California will be considered.

Lead project execution across scope, schedule, budget, and quality for residential programs

Oversee contract negotiations, manage change orders, and ensure compliance with contractual terms

Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

Monitor project budgets and take corrective action to maintain financial performance

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies

Ensure QA/QC standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle

Prepare business plans, work statements, specifications, and financial terms

Lead customer review sessions to report on cost, schedule, and performance

Analyze project challenges and develop actionable solutions

Evaluate market trends and client needs to guide program development

Direct cross-functional teams including technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative staff

Support program enhancements and lifecycle strategies to ensure long-term success

Exciting candidates have…

10+ years of experience in residential construction or energy efficiency programs

5+ years of management experience

Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Familiarity with California energy regulations, codes, and permitting processes

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

California residency is required

Target Compensation:

$140-170k

Compensation Range

$121,800.00 - $182,800.00
