* We are seeking an innovative systems thinker to join our team as a Sr. Technical Project Manager II, Portfolio Management Insights and Optimization. This individual contributor role plays a critical part in advancing enterprise-wide portfolio maturity, driving value realization, and enabling strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to optimize our portfolio processes, integrate automation and AI capabilities, and deliver actionable insights that enhance portfolio performance and transparency. This role partners closely with ART Product Managers, BRMs, PMO, and other stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities, track adherence to best practices, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is passionate about translating data into strategic outcomes. This role reports to the Manager, Portfolio Management and interacts with the Technology leadership, product management and executive leadership teams.
* What you will do:
* Strategic Portfolio Process Optimization
* Measure performance metrics of the portfolio process and identify opportunities for enhancement.
* Develop and implement frameworks for benefits realization, ROI tracking, and value assessment.
* Mature process frameworks to improve decision-making, transparency, and operational efficiency. Value Realization & Measurement
* Oversee benefits realization activities to ensure alignment with expected business outcomes.
* Facilitate ROI and value assessment discussions to guide strategic investment decisions.
* Establish value-driven measurement frameworks to quantify success across initiatives. Support Investment Alignment
* Enable the quantification of portfolio scope for prioritization and value return.
* Manage the value quantification and capture processes in support of the Portfolio Manager. Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
* Identify and implement best practices for portfolio management and execution.
* Promote process adherence, transparency, and accountability across portfolio operations. PI Roadmap Execution & Portfolio Visibility
* Maintain a rolling forecast of epics, features, and capabilities.
* Partner with ART Product Managers, BRMs, Demand Intake Coordinators, and PMO to ensure alignment and visibility. Portfolio Automation & AI Enablement.
* Champion portfolio automation and integration of AI capabilities.
* Manage AI-generated outputs and ensure insights are actionable.
* Conduct results analysis and facilitate reviews to support strategic decisions.
* What we expect of you
* Bachelor's Degree or related demonstration of skills and 7+ years of experience in portfolio management, large program, or project management;
* OR 11+ years of experience in portfolio management, large program or project management.
* Proven experience in portfolio management, strategic planning, or enterprise-level program execution.
* Strong understanding of benefits realization, ROI frameworks, and value measurement methodologies.
* Demonstrated ability to lead roadmap execution and maintain visibility across epics, features, and capabilities.
* Experience with portfolio automation tools and AI-driven analysis, including managing AI outputs and interpreting results for strategic review.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
* Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for investment prioritization and trade-off decisions.
* Familiarity with agile frameworks, PI planning, and enterprise-level governance processes.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Demonstrated ability to develop executive level presentations, highly analyitcal with strong data visualization.
* Working knowledge of ServiceNow (SAFe, Intake and PM modules beneficial) Experience with SAFE Agile Portfolio Management and Lean Portfolio Management, a plus.
* Strong PowerPoint capabilities for Portfolio leadership presentations, a plus.
* Experience in the technology industry, a plus.
