The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Sr. Project Manager & Business Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Simultaneously lead / execute 2-4 cross-functional transformation initiatives that involve changes to process and technology in the Service Advantage organization.
- Collaborate with various groups and stakeholders to determine future-state operational objectives, define project scope / approach / phasing, establish timelines, define business requirements for technical portions of the work, assign/lead resources/tasks to deliver on operational and financial goals tied to the projects.
- Report on key milestone progress and critical project challenges to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop & coordinate comprehensive project timelines that consider / include partner resourcing in areas such as IT, Training and Operations.
- Work with stakeholders to create full change management, communication and risk mitigation plans for each initiative to ensure business is ready for successful, on-time project rollouts / launches.
- Make recommendations on forecasting the project budget and control the approved project budget. May authorize payments to vendors.
- Facilitate business-side post release support and close-out sessions for learnings / improvements that can be applied to future projects.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7+ years of related work experience
in a private, public, government or military environment
OR
High School Diploma/GED from AND (14) years of related work experience
in a private, public, government or military environment
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- 4 years of medium to large scale project leadership
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Previous experience working in Healthcare or Medical Devices Industries
- Strong background in transactional lean process redesign and improvement
- Strong understanding of customer support processes and ability to align process improvements to customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical and change management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Work location: Remote-United States
Travel: May include up to 20% [domestic/international]

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
