As a Senior Associate, Product Manager in Identity Product, you lead the end-to-end product life cycle for identity capabilities that protect customer identity and demographic information. You act as the voice of the customer, translate needs into clear outcomes, and partner across teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and stable products. You use data and customer feedback to continuously improve product performance and customer experience.

Job responsibilities
  • Define and evolve product strategy and vision that delivers clear customer value
  • Lead customer discovery and market research to identify problems and validate solutions
  • Translate customer needs into a prioritized roadmap with measurable outcomes
  • Own and maintain a product backlog aligned to strategy, value, and delivery goals
  • Set and track Objectives and Key Results to drive product outcomes and transparency
  • Write clear requirements and acceptance criteria to enable high-quality delivery
  • Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, reliable end-to-end experiences
  • Lead product launches, readiness activities, and post-launch measurement and iteration
  • Use data analytics to monitor performance, identify insights, and inform decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and resolve trade-offs
  • Promote scalability, resiliency, and stability through disciplined product decisions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Knowledge of product development practices, user-centered design, and data analytics
  • Experience conducting customer research and translating insights into product decisions
  • Ability to define measurable outcomes and use data to adjust priorities and approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience building products that protect customer identity or sensitive customer information
  • Familiarity with product experimentation practices and iterative delivery approaches
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining customer focus
