Role:

The Senior Producer is a critical role within Linqia’s operations team helping to deliver best-in-class content, and drive excellent Client experience. The Senior Producer will effectively leverage prior experience, knowledge and skills to execute on creative objectives while meeting Client and business needs. This role will oversee essential logistical coordination for all custom productions requiring you to possess meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills as well as a problem solving mindset with the ability to assess challenges and appropriately balance priorities - both seen and unforeseen.

The Senior Producer is also responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with critical internal and external stakeholders such as Client service team, talent agencies, creative strategy, editors, crew, etc. Ultimately this role will function as a subject matter expert; allowing you to drive significant impact internally, as well as for Linqia’s highest priority Clients.

The Senior Producer reports into Linqia’s Director of Operations

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the production lead for specific projects, responsible for all aspects of pre-production, production and postproduction
  • Present production budgets, schedules and address production related questions
  • Demonstrate up-to-date production expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of projects
  • Cultivate relationships with external vendors and manage vetting and selection process as necessary
  • Direct activities (talent management, on-site productions, shooting, final assets) of staff and/or external parties involved in production to meet creative objectives as well as Client and business needs
  • Manage vendors as needed for post production deliverables
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties to facilitate workflow
  • Be a partner and resource providing expert advice and guidance to others on creative and production best practices
  • Enhance the productivity of the company through process assessment, refinement and implementation
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of production experience
  • Excellent soft skills (collaboration, influencing others, written and verbal communication) and proven relationship-building skills
  • Sharp attention to detail and organizational skills to keep projects on deadline and budget
  • Work with team, clients and external partners to manage and prioritize deadlines and tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to excel and remain calm in a fast-paced, quick-turn production environment
  • Possess strong knowledge of industry talent and vendors
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivator who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and solve problems, as well as determining your own deadlines, benchmarks, and goals
  • Work with influencers, celebrity or high profile talent a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Located in the San Francisco
