Target Range:

$100,000.00 /Yr. - $135,000.00 /Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

We are seeking an Enterprise PMO Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects across our organization. In this role, you will manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and industry best practices. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, optimizing resources, and delivering successful project outcomes. Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Project Leadership

  • Lead and manage complex, enterprise-level projects and programs, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business objectives.

  • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.

  • Develop and drive project strategies, ensuring that deliverables align with company goals and industry best practices.

  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business impact and urgency.

2. Full Project Lifecycle Management

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

  • Ensure all project phases—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure—are effectively managed.

  • Monitor project milestones, track progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.

  • Ensure quality assurance throughout project execution, meeting high-performance standards.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, executive leadership, and key stakeholders.

  • Provide regular project updates, executive summaries, and risk assessments to leadership.

  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support.

  • Facilitate executive-level meetings, presentations, and status reports to drive informed decision-making.

4. Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruptions to deliverables.

  • Develop proactive strategies to address potential roadblocks and project dependencies.

  • Implement contingency plans and escalate critical issues to leadership as needed.

  • Conduct risk assessment workshops and promote a culture of proactive risk management.

5. Budget & Resource Optimization

  • Own project budgets, tracking financial performance and ensuring adherence to cost constraints.

  • Optimize resource allocation across multiple projects to maximize efficiency and impact.

  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure adequate resource availability and workload balancing.

  • Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining project quality and scope.

6. Process Improvement & Best Practices

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project management methodologies, frameworks, and workflows.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and standardize project management practices.

  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to building a high-performing project management office (PMO).

  • Champion the adoption of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate for each project.

7. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Develop KPIs and metrics to measure project success and team performance.

  • Analyze data trends and generate insights to drive process improvements.Provide post-project evaluations and lessons learned documentation for knowledge sharing.

8. Team Leadership & Development

  • Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

  • Resolve conflicts, facilitate problem-solving, and ensure team members are engaged and motivated.

  • Drive team alignment with company objectives, ensuring everyone is working towards common goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 7+ years' of experience in project management, leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives

  • Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, etc.)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams, drive accountability, and ensure project success

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting

  • Experience in risk mitigation, issue resolution, and change management

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and optimizing resources

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred

  • Experience in enterprise transformation, IT, or regulatory compliance projects is a plus

  • Familiarity with portfolio management, business analysis, and organizational change management is preferred
