The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

Actual payouts are based on performance against sales targets and the individual incentive target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules may apply.

What you will do:
- Enable and assist Distributor resources on Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions technology and solutions.
- Manage certification activity with distribution partners and their managed partners.
- Build cadence with technical and business resources at the distributors.
- Lead Webinars and hands-on technical trainings to Distribution resources.
- Assist Distributors with webinars targeting their managed partners.
- Work in conjunction with Distribution Account Managers to support any events focused on Distribution or it's partners.
- Deliver technical product and roadmap training presentations.
- Engage and coordinate with the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions enterprise support team during pre-sales trial and pilot activities.
- Work with Distributors to build out their POC and Demo capabilities
- Work with the broader Readiness team to build out standardized material needed for partners across the globe.
- Review the videos that come in for Mountaineer Level 2.
- Constantly be looking for ways to improve our programs, processes and documentation.
- Help build out training material for our partners and our teams that support our partners.
- Travel as required in the Americas - LATAM and Canada (must be able to travel).
The skills you bring:
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English).
- 5+ years of experience working in a channel engineering role.
- Proven track record enabling system integrators, distributors or reseller partners in networking, wireless, cellular or security solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
- Strong hands-on configuration and installation skills.
- Confident self-starter with integrity and accountability; a track record of consistent achievement.
- A strong aptitude for business strategy and excellent collaboration skills.
- Should have practical experience or strong knowledge in one or multiple areas:
- LAN/WAN network topologies and interworking (ie. MPLS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
- Enterprise, Carrier or Public Wi-Fi solutions (ie. Motorola, Cisco, Meraki, Ruckus).
- Solid understanding of Cellular Architectures.
- Virtual Private Network Solutions and Technology.
- Network Management Solutions.
- Network Security (ie. UTM, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SBC, ACL, NAT).
- Experience with M2M and mobile solutions.
- SD-LAN/SD-WAN experience.
- Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions, Cisco, or other industry certifications is a plus.
