What will you be doing?

The Innovation Sr Manager II plays a key role in helping clients address growth, brand, and innovation challenges through Circana’s Innovation and Survey portfolio solutions. This client-facing position combines consultative problem solving, project leadership and a client growth mindset to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations, where successful project outcomes translate to expanded client relationships and revenue growth. The role requires strong analytical and storytelling skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality project execution and drive long-term client success.

Job Responsibilities

• Champion Client Success:
  • Translate client business challenges and objectives into actionable research and analytics solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, accuracy, timeliness, and delivery against client expectations.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, partnering with stakeholders from functional teams through the C-suite.
• Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Generate strategic insights and develop compelling, executive-ready recommendations from analytical findings.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to drive successful project outcomes and support growth of Circana's Innovation and Survey solutions.

Requirements

• A four-year undergraduate degree is required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Statistics or Data Science. An advanced degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience incorporating consultative application of multiple data types.
• Sound understanding and use of statistical techniques (Clustering, Multi-dimensional scaling, Segmentation, Correspondence Analysis, etc,)
• Skilled at communicating technical subject matter to non-technical audiences
• Excellent project management skills to manage multiple projects concurrently and to self-prioritize projects within a fast-moving environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience with PowerPoint and story-telling

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $98,000 to $140,000.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
