Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Specialist supports the execution of marketing initiatives while helping elevate the digital and visual experience of the brand across platforms. This role combines hands-on marketing coordination with user-centered design thinking, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both creative execution and organized project management.  The role also supports content development, campaign execution, and brand strategy support to deliver compelling experiences across digital, print, social, and event channels.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, digitally savvy, and capable of translating ideas into polished experiences that strengthen engagement internally and externally while also contributing to broader brand and communication initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities

Relying on demonstrated experience and knowledge, this role is responsible for accomplishing the following assignments. These assignments are varied in nature and frequently non-routine.

  • Coordinate and manage marketing projects, campaigns, and team deliverables, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and objectives are met effectively.
  • Develop, design, and execute on delivering marketing materials and brand assets that support business development, underwriting initiatives, thought leadership, and client engagement efforts.
  • Support the planning and execution of conferences, sponsorships, exhibitions, webinars, client events, and internal meetings, including event branding, promotional activities, logistics coordination, vendor management, post-event reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Create and manage content across multiple channels, including email marketing campaigns, paid advertising, social media, websites, intranet platforms, presentations, and other digital and print communications.
  • Apply user-centered design principles to enhance digital experiences, improve engagement, and optimize website content, landing pages, event registration experiences, and other marketing touchpoints.
  • Coordinate copywriting, editing, proofreading, and design efforts to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Maintain and evolve the organization's visual identity by producing high-quality creative assets, presentations, executive communications, social media content, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage and maintain marketing resources, including the collateral library, digital asset repository, broker database, CRM records, and other marketing systems.

Education

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, UX/UI or related field

Experience

5- 10 Years relevant experience in corporate administrative support or project management is required

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred

Portfolio or case studies that demonstrate capabilities preferred

  • Possess and have ability to apply basic knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proactive self-starter and demonstrates initiative
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
  • Strong project management skills including meeting coordination, development of presentations, meeting agendas and status reports
  • Great attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
  • Experienced with web design, email marketing, social media, and/or online advertising
  • Worked with CRM tools such as Constant Contact, Salesforce, etc.
  • Near expert proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Creative Cloud

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

  • Overtime hours may be required to fulfill job responsibilities

  • Must be able to operate a computer and other devices
  • Close vision and ability to adjust focus, such as required to read a computer screen

The pay range for this position is $91,900-$137,900 which includes geographic adjustments, where applicable. The pay range is the range THMCC, in good faith, believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The hired applicant will be offered pay within the entire range based on the candidate’s geographic location, qualifications, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
