Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

Remarcable is the central procurement platform built specifically for specialty trade contractors, seamlessly connecting contractor field teams, office teams, and suppliers. With deep supplier integrations and purpose-built workflows, Remarcable delivers complete operational visibility from requisition to reconciliation.

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to take full ownership of our marketing channels and campaigns driving pipeline and revenue growth in 2026. This is a highly visible, cross-functional individual contributor role responsible for designing and executing full-funnel programs that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified opportunities across new and existing customer segments.

You’ll also have the opportunity to shape our marketing operations and technology stack, contribute to creative and brand campaigns, and test bold ideas to fuel our growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across digital, paid media, organic, email, social, and ABM to hit aggressive pipeline goals.

  • Own the budget for paid, ABM, and direct mail channels, driving efficient allocation and measurable ROI.

  • Develop and manage campaign strategy for both acquisition and expansion, including segmentation, content strategy, channel mix, and performance measurement.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on ICP, target accounts, and pipeline coverage across sales segments.

  • Design and launch ABM programs that engage priority accounts and accelerate opportunities.

  • Lead email marketing and nurture strategy, from domain warm-up to automated lifecycle campaigns, ensuring compliance and deliverability best practices.

  • Partner with Product Marketing to create compelling, on-message creative and content for each stage of the funnel.

  • Track and report campaign performance using Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and analytics dashboards to provide clear insights on ROI, CAC, ROAS, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Experiment with new channels and tactics to improve lead quality, velocity, and conversion throughout the funnel.

  • Support Marketing Operations and MarTech programs optimizing lead routing, attribution, campaign reporting, and automation workflows.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation, growth marketing, and pipeline creation.

  • Proven experience running integrated campaigns across multiple channels (paid, organic, email, social, direct mail.

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and attribution models.

  • Deep experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce and Marketing Cloud experience a plus).

  • Comfortable diving into data to optimize performance and influence strategy.

  • Successful partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership on pipeline goals and campaign performance.

  • Highly collaborative, creative, and able to flex across MOPs, MarTech, and Brand when needed.

  • Strong copywriting, communication, and project management skills.

  • Bias toward action and experimentation—you move fast and measure everything.
