The Sr. Manager of Technical Enablement will lead Pre-Sales & Partner Technical Sales enablement. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a background in IT, InfoSec, and/or Cloud.
Responsibilities
Define and track enablement KPIs to demonstrate ROI and business impact
Partner with Pre-Sales Engineering leadership to design and execute an enablement roadmap
Assess knowledge gaps and build programs for technical sales, services, success, and partners
Manage onboarding logistics and serve as the primary point of contact for new technical hires
Build and manage ongoing training series for technical teams and partners
Partner with TME to define demo and hands-on lab strategies to support internal and partner skill development
Oversee enablement tools (CMS, LMS, Confluence, project management systems) and automate processes (APIs, Workato)
Develop and deliver training programs, labs, and technical summits
Facilitate ongoing education for technical teams (both technical and soft skills)
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and solutions architecture
Travel occasionally for meetings, events, and off-sites
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years in technical enablement
Background in InfoSec, IT, or Cloud as SE, SE Manager, Architect, or Practitioner
Experience in curriculum development, field training, program and project management
Proficiency with AI tools to support pre-sales processes, performance, and department efficiency
Strong executive presence and communication skills
