FableticsOS is looking for a Senior Manager, International Supply Chain

We are seeking a strategic and execution focused Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead the logistics and trade operations that enable seamless international market expansion. This role will design and implement scalable supply chain processes that support compliant, cost effective, and service driven global growth. The position will partner cross-functionally across distributors, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure disciplined shipment execution, strong performance management, and continuous improvement. In addition, this leader will drive process modernization and will collaborate with technology teams to implement system enhancements and AI enabled solutions that strengthen scalability, visibility, and operational control across international markets.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, strong collaborator, highly organized, and a skilled multi-tasker.

Senior Manager, International Supply Chain will report to Director, Strategy & Operations, Global Supply Chain.

What you will do:

  • Design and implement scalable supply chain processes to support market entry and long-term growth across international markets

  • Lead day to day international expansion logistics operations across logistics to ensure timely shipment handover

  • Drive cross-functional coordination with distributors and logistics providers to ensure compliant shipping documentation and product and carton labeling across all international markets

  • Spearhead supply chain transformation through technology integration and AI to improve cost, compliance, service, and scalability of our global expansion supply chain processes

  • Own shipping performance metrics, tracking OTIF and SLA compliance to drive service excellence and continuous improvement across our global expansion supply chain

  • Identify and execute cost reduction initiatives across labeling, freight, duty exposure, and 3PL operations supporting global distributors and partners.

  • Oversee onboarding of new international partners, driving integration into established supply chain processes and ensuring compliant accommodation of market specific regulatory and operational requirements.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our global expansion 3PL partners, ensuring SLA adherence and leading coordination on special projects and operational initiatives

What you can bring:

  • 7+ years’ experience in supply chain strategy, logistics and/or operations

  • Understanding of transportation modes, including ocean freight, air freight, trucking, courier, third-party logistics companies, forwarders, as well as familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures

  • Experience working in a global environment with knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics.

  • Must have knowledge of or know how to access reliable information related to duty/VAT rates, country specific regulations, etc.

  • Strong geographical awareness and experience routing international and domestic cargo

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term operational strategies.

  • A self-starter who over-indexes on ownership and accountability with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-based environment that is fast-paced and rapidly changing.

  • Someone who pays high attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.

  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills

*Varied for retail, fulfillment and fully remote roles. 

The annual base salary range for this position is from $114,000-$145,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
