About The Role:

The Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships & Influencer leads the development and execution of strategic brand partnerships and influencer programs that expand brand reach, drive cultural relevance, and amplify integrated brand campaigns.

This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, external ecosystem development, and integrated marketing execution. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an experienced operator who can structure high-impact partnerships while ensuring seamless integration into larger brand initiatives.

What You’ll AccomplishStrategic Brand Partnerships
  • Identify, develop, and secure partnerships aligned to brand priorities and campaign objectives

  • Build a long-term brand partnership roadmap across key categories (e.g., C2C Fashion, horizontal initiatives)

  • Evaluate cultural opportunities that elevate brand relevance
     

Influencer & Creator Ecosystem
  • Lead large-scale influencer programs (e.g., The Cast) and evolve creator strategy

  • Develop scalable influencer engagement models across campaigns and always-on moments

  • Identify emerging creators and cultural voices aligned to brand positioning

  • Ensure influencer partnerships drive measurable brand equity and impact
     

Campaign Integration
  • Partner closely with the Integrated Campaign Lead to embed partnerships into campaign briefs

  • Translate campaign narratives into compelling partner and influencer activations

  • Ensure partnership executions align with brand voice and creative standards

  • Lead partnership activations tied to offsite campaigns, experiential moments, and event-based marketing
     

Measurement & Impact
  • Define success metrics for partnerships and influencer programs

  • Track ROI and brand impact across activations

  • Deliver executive-ready reporting and insights

  • Continuously optimize partnership and influencer strategy based on performance data
     

Team Leadership
  • Manage and develop the one direct report

  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Campaign, Social, PR, and Business teams

  • Build operational rigor around activation, asset management, and partner delivery

What You'll Bring
  • 8–12+ years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or integrated brand marketing

  • Proven track record negotiating and managing strategic partnerships

  • Experience leading large-scale influencer programs

  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

  • Ability to balance long-term ecosystem building with near-term campaign execution

  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$144,400 - $192,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
