JOB DESCRIPTION

Fox Technology is seeking a hands-on Sr. Manager of Human Resources to join our team. This role will focus on delivering HR programs and employee initiatives that make a real impact on day-to-day culture, engagement, and development.

You will partner closely with employees and managers to provide support across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on building meaningful programs, strengthening employee experience, and ensuring smooth HR processes. This role is highly collaborative, working across HR functions and business teams to ensure employees feel supported, connected, and empowered.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver HR programs that enhance the employee experience, including engagement, recognition, and inclusion initiatives

  • Partner with managers to provide practical coaching, guidance, and support on employee-related matters

  • Lead the execution of HR programs such as onboarding, performance management, and career development cycles

  • Work with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate and new hire experience

  • Support day-to-day employee relations in partnership with HR leadership and Legal

  • Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Benefits, L&D, HR Operations) to bring programs and policies to life for employees

  • Develop and maintain clear internal communication channels to ensure employees understand programs, processes, and resources

  • Build and reinforce operational processes and rigor within HR programs to drive consistency, accuracy, and efficiency

  • Analyze and interpret  qualitative employee feedback and quantitative data to improve HR processes and recommend program enhancements

  • Champion initiatives that promote employee wellbeing, collaboration, and retention

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Solid 5+ years of HR experience in fast-paced or dynamic environments as an HRBP

  • Proven ability to design and deliver HR programs that directly impact employees and managers 

  • Hands-on experience with performance management, engagement, and career development processes

  • Strong organizational and program management skills 

  • Ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels

  • Clear communication and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Comfort balancing multiple strategic priorities while remaining focused on execution

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience in Technology or Digital Media industries

  • Familiarity with HR systems, tools, and analytics platforms

  • Exposure to organizational development or change management initiatives

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $114,000.00-155,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
