Partner closely with European counterparts, global digital experience team members, and Global Support product managers and engineering teams to align on scope, requirements, dependencies, priorities, and delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, acting as a dedicated mentor to upskill team in digital operations, content deployment, and data analysis while fostering a collaborative, consumer-first culture focused on effective execution.
  • Drive search discoverability and customer acquisition by leveraging tools like SEMrush to deliver cutting-edge Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives.
  • Use consumer insights, behavioral analytics, usability feedback, experimentation, and business performance to identify conversion friction points and recommend data-backed enhancements for inclusion on the roadmap.
  • Safeguard brand compliance and digital inclusivity by ensuring all touchpoints meet digital accessibility (ADA) standards and WCAG requirements, actively utilizing compliance platforms like LevelAccess for regular audits and issue prioritization.
  • Partner across global and regional Content, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Technology, Analytics, Legal, and Global Support teams to establish a shared understanding of objectives, scope, ownership, timing, and success measures for coordinated launches, campaigns, and ongoing site improvements.
  • Apply and maintain digital experience standards, reusable patterns, operating processes, and quality expectations that improve consistency, speed, accessibility, and scalability across global regions.
  • Manage a robust test-and-learn program using experimentation and qualitative and quantitative insights to validate opportunities, reduce friction, and improve customer experience and conversion.
  • Define initiative-level success measures, monitor site performance, communicate actionable insights, and provide evidence-based recommendations to Directors and VP for roadmap consideration.
  • Coordinate agency and vendor partners where applicable, ensuring quality, accountability, and alignment with approved roadmap priorities.

You have:

  • Proven People Leadership & Coaching Skills: 2+ years of formal people management experience, with a passionate track record of mentoring, training, and developing team members, helping them grow their skills in digital operations and data analysis.
  • Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration: Strong leadership, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Proven ability to operate within a global matrix structure, comfortably collaborating across time zones with European counterparts to build a unified global team.
  • The Ultimate Digital Liaison: Exceptional ability to act as a bridge between commercial teams (Merchandising and Digital Marketing), creative teams, and technical teams (Product Managers and Development Engineers) by translating business intent into technical requirements.
  • Demonstrated Digital Experience Execution: 6+ years of experience executing digital experience, ecommerce, UX, or content roadmaps for consumer-facing websites (DTC strongly preferred).
  • Deep Customer Journey & CRO Expertise: Strong understanding of responsive design, information architecture, conversion optimization, and user journey mapping, with a record of turning qualitative/quantitative data into friction-reducing site features.
  • Advanced UI/UX Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience collaborating with design workflows, creating wireframes, or reviewing design layouts using collaborative design platforms like Figma.
  • Advanced SEO/AEO & Discovery Strategy: Practical experience leveraging enterprise search and optimization tools like SEMrush to drive organic traffic, uncover consumer intent, and track search trends.
  • Digital Accessibility & Compliance Expertise: Firm grasp of digital accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG), with experience leveraging compliance platforms like LevelAccess (or similar tools) to run audits and prioritize remediation tickets.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Expert-level ability to pull actionable insights from digital experience tools and enterprise analytics engines (e.g., Google Analytics 4) to prove business value and measure success.
  • Strong Program Management: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, campaign dependencies, site launches, and regional stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
