Manage assigned territory by selling, merchandising, and maintaining inventory with existing and prospective B2B accounts. Build and develop a lean, high-performing team and align regional execution with global digital partners and EMEA counterparts.

Lead global supplier quality strategy and transformation from inspection to prevention across hardgoods and softgoods. Implement and maintain QMS, drive supplier audits, CAPA/NCR processes, quality KPIs (PPM, OTIF), compliance with helmet and industry standards, and lead a globally dispersed quality team to improve product quality and reduce risk.

Design, develop, test and support SAP solutions using ABAP to meet business requirements. Build reports, interfaces, enhancements (BAPI, IDoc, BDC), migrate data, troubleshoot performance, document solutions, and coordinate with third-party SAP vendors and end users.

Oversee global import and export compliance, lead compliance strategies, manage trade risk, and drive systems transformations. Partner with leaders across the organization.

Lead the cost accounting team to maintain standard costing and inventory valuation, report manufacturing performance and variances, collaborate with manufacturing, sourcing and FP&A, support budgeting and audits, improve cost systems/processes across multiple ERPs, and mentor staff to optimize product profitability and compliance with GAAP.

Serve as technical accounting SME for ASC 606 and ASC 842. Prepare and review entries, reconciliations, technical accounting memos and disclosures; maintain policies, support audits, assess transaction impacts, standardize processes, ensure internal controls, and supervise and develop direct reports.

Manage fixed asset accounting, payroll reconciliation, and general accounting processes. Oversee asset capitalization, depreciation, reconciliations, capex forecasting, internal controls, audits, and mentor direct reports while improving processes and supporting FP&A across multiple brands and ERPs.

Manage daily treasury operations including cash positioning, liquidity planning, and bank relationships. Build and maintain cash flow forecasting models, support capital structure, debt compliance, and investment strategies. Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Tax and business units, implement process improvements, produce treasury reports for leadership, ensure controls and regulatory compliance, and oversee corporate insurance programs.
