Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Sr. Manager, Change Management to lead and drive organizational change initiatives within our company. This position will play a crucial role in creating and implementing strategies to optimize the success of change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, and minimizing resistance to change. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and executive leadership to design and implement strategies and plans. Key Responsibilities:

Change Management Strategy: Crafts and executes comprehensive change management strategies and plans for successful adoption of new tools, processes, and quality standards.

Change Management Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders in effectively managing change processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, communications, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of change initiatives. Coach field leaders on adoption tactics.

Communication & Engagement: Analyze stakeholder groups and create tailored communication plans to effectively communicate the rationale, benefits, and impacts of change to each group. Develop and coordinate communication artifacts.

Training Design & Planning: Design project-specific training programs that equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to adapt to organizational transformation successfully. Coordinate with HR, Operational Training, Service Delivery Capability, and Ops Support teams to fit into broader training roadmaps and ensure integration with business-as-usual training events (e.g., new hire onboarding).

Training Development & Coordination: Develop project-specific curriculums, training development plans, and training artifacts, with support from Service Delivery Capability, Operational Training, and/or other Change Management team members. Develop and execute training implementation plans.

Change Readiness and Adoption: Work with the broader change team to assess the organization's readiness for change and develop plans to build change readiness across all levels of the organization. Monitor and measure the adoption and utilization of new processes, systems, or practices, and implement corrective actions when needed. Ensure communication and training effectiveness by defining ‘what good looks like’ and establishing clear feedback loops, analyzing results and modifying change strategies and plans as-needed.

Change Management Tools and Methodologies: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in change management methodologies and tools. Identify and help implement appropriate change management tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or a related field.

Proven track record of at least 4 years of experience in change management, including leading and driving change initiatives within complex organizations. Management consulting experience preferred.

Strong understanding of organizational behavior, motivation and change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Strategic thinker with the ability to align change initiatives with the organization's vision and goals.

Hands-on “do-er” with a bias for action; can strategize creative ideas, build a thorough plan, and execute with precision.

Highly motivated individual who takes initiative and thrives in a high-performing team environment.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $136,000.00 - $160,000.00
