About the Role:
We are seeking a Sr Manager of Analyst Relations to lead and scale our global engagement with industry analysts. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping how CoreWeave is perceived by leading research and advisory firms, driving our presence in key market evaluations, establishing new categories in partnership with leading analysts, and influencing how the AI cloud category is defined.
As CoreWeave expands beyond GPU infrastructure into the essential cloud for AI—spanning generative AI, agentic AI, and beyond—you will craft and deliver a compelling story to the analyst community in close collaboration with product marketing and product management. You will serve as a strategic partner to product marketing, product management, sales, and executives, ensuring analyst feedback informs our roadmap, GTM strategies, and competitive positioning. Over time, you will also have the opportunity to build and mentor a dedicated Analyst Relations team that scales with CoreWeave’s growth.
Analyst Engagement & Influence
- Build and strengthen relationships with key industry analysts across Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and specialized AI/infra research firms.
- Drive proactive engagement cycles, including regular briefings, inquiries, roadmap deep dives, and thought leadership discussions.
- Ensure CoreWeave is consistently and accurately represented in analyst reports, market guides, vendor comparisons, and evaluation frameworks.
- Position CoreWeave as a leader in accelerated computing, agentic AI, generative AI, and cloud infrastructure.
- Establish CoreWeave as the essential cloud for AI among all analysts, creating and defining new categories of evaluation.
- Develop a program for independent and non-traditional analysts and influencers in close partnership with communications and PR.
Strategic Messaging & Thought Leadership
- Translate CoreWeave’s strategy, vision, and differentiation into narratives that resonate with analysts.
- Partner with product marketing to ensure messaging alignment between analyst channels, customer-facing content, and GTM campaigns.
- Develop executive-level briefing materials, analyst-facing decks, and long-form content (e.g., white papers, blogs, research notes).
- Showcase CoreWeave’s role in shaping the future of AI cloud, Kubernetes-based infrastructure, and open source adoption.
Market Intelligence & Inbound Insight
- Capture analyst feedback and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and sales leadership.
- Track competitive positioning, industry trends, and analyst sentiment to inform GTM and portfolio strategies.
- Establish systematic processes to share analyst insights across the organization.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Enablement
- Partner with executives, product leaders, and GTM teams to prepare for high-stakes analyst engagements.
- Enable sales and BD teams with analyst insights that reinforce CoreWeave’s differentiation in customer and partner conversations.
- Collaborate with PR/communications to align AR strategies with broader corporate reputation goals.
- Manager CoreWeave’s contracts and relationships with key firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC as well as others
Leadership & Team Development
- Establish CoreWeave’s Analyst Relations function as a strategic partner across the business.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team over time to expand coverage and deepen engagement with the analyst community.
- Define AR best practices, operating cadence, and impact measurement frameworks.
Metrics & Measurement
- Track CoreWeave’s inclusion and positioning across major analyst reports and evaluations.
- Track CoreWeave’s perception among the analyst community with qualitative and quantitative assessments.
- Measure the impact of analyst engagement on pipeline influence, customer perceptions, and brand awareness.
- Report on AR effectiveness with clear, data-driven insights for senior leadership.
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of experience in analyst relations, corporate communications, product marketing, or related roles in cloud, AI, or enterprise technology.
- Proven success building relationships with top analyst firms and influencing coverage in market reports.
- Strong executive presence and ability to represent complex technical topics to business audiences.
- Track record of partnering cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influencing skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Background in AI/ML, accelerated computing, or GPU infrastructure.
- Experience leading and scaling a product marketing team.
- Familiarity with open source ecosystems and Kubernetes-based platforms.

The base salary range for this role is $161,000 to $237,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
