About the Role:
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Launch Operations to join the Product Marketing team and own the planning, orchestration, and execution of high-impact product launches. In this role, you will design and operationalize launch frameworks that ensure CoreWeave’s new offerings—spanning cloud infrastructure, AI services, and open source integrations—are introduced to market with clarity, consistency, and scale.
You will act as the hub of coordination across product, marketing, sales, and engineering, ensuring launch readiness and excellence at every stage. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that blends program management discipline with product marketing insight. Over time, you will also establish and evolve the operational systems, playbooks, and measurement frameworks that make CoreWeave’s launch engine repeatable and world-class.
1. Launch Planning & Orchestration
- Define and manage the end-to-end launch process across products and portfolios.
- Establish frameworks and timelines that ensure cross-functional teams are aligned and accountable.
- Facilitate launch readiness reviews, ensuring key milestones are hit and risks are mitigated.

2. Cross-Functional Alignment
- Serve as the central point of contact between product, engineering, sales, PR/communications, demand gen, and executive stakeholders.
- Translate product strategy into clear launch requirements and deliverables for each function.
- Ensure consistent messaging and positioning are carried through all channels and assets.
3. GTM Readiness & Enablement
- Partner with product marketing to develop launch kits, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement materials.
- Drive adoption of launch assets across sales, partnerships, and customer success teams.
- Support training and readiness sessions to equip customer-facing teams with the right narratives and tools.
4. Measurement & Insights
- Define launch success metrics (adoption, pipeline influence, brand impact) and track performance against them.
- Build feedback loops to capture lessons learned from each launch and refine the framework.
- Provide executives with clear, data-driven reporting on launch outcomes.
5. Operational Excellence & Scaling
- Create scalable systems, playbooks, and governance mechanisms for managing launches across the portfolio.
- Continuously improve launch processes to meet the needs of a growing, global organization.
- Drive best practices in launch execution across the company.
Who You Are
- 7+ years in product marketing, program management, or GTM operations—ideally within cloud, AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder product launches.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing across functions and senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience defining, tracking, and reporting on success metrics.
Preferred:
- Background in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or accelerated computing.
- Experience building or scaling launch operations functions in high-growth companies.
- Familiarity with product marketing workflows, from messaging to sales enablement.

The base salary range for this role is $122,000 to $179,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
