Job Description
- Coordinate overall FTL transportation operations to ensure efficient and on-time service
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, customers, and logistics partners
- Negotiate freight rates while maximizing profitability and maintaining service quality
- Monitor shipments and resolve service issues, delays, claims, and operational challenges in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal departments including operations, dispatch, customer service, and accounting to support daily business activities
- Provide guidance, support, and timely performance feedback to team members
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned
- Support administrative tasks and reporting requested by management
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred, as the role involves frequent communication with Korean-speaking clients and partners in both the U.S. and Korea

Education and Experience

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in freight forwarding, trucking, or logistics industry preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
