Job Description:

The Role: 

The Senior HR Business Partner reports to the Senior Director of Human Resources and is responsible for planning, executing on and coordinating various human resources administrative and strategic functions for the organization. 

 

What you’ll do: 

Primary Responsibilities:  

  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to management team members within client group to create positive and effective working relationships, build employee engagement, manage performance, and attract, retain and develop talent in a collaborative environment 

  • Develop, facilitate and execute change management and organizational development initiatives 

  • Proactively engage with business leaders on people strategy and effectively delivering strategy through workforce planning and organization design and structure 

  • Provide talent and performance management guidance such as coaching, career development, training, and succession planning 

  • Conduct compensation analyses of all positions which include conducting periodic competitive market pricing for positions 

  • Aptitude for analyzing data and finding the story behind the numbers and facts 

  • Support the Global HR team as required 

  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to the internal client groups to create positive and effective working relationship, build employee engagement, manage performance, retain and develop talent, in a collaborative environment compliant with country & company standards 

  • Manage all employee labor relations matters in a compliant and confidential manner while providing guidance starting at the onboarding-stage, to performance management, coaching, career development, training and succession planning 

  • Other duties as assigned 

 

What you need to know: 

Experience/Skills/Education: 

Required: 

  • 5-7 years of HR Business Partner experience 

  • BA/BS degree required 

  • HRBP that is actively engaged in the business that understands what levers to pull to get achieve results and build strong, productive relationships 

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems on your own and help others do the same 

  • Aptitude for analyzing data and finding the story behind the numbers and facts 

  • Experience in Labor Relations 

 

Desired: 

  • Previous experience supporting a national sales organization

  • HR Certification 

  • Medical Device/Aesthetics experience  

  • Workday Experience 

  • Bi-lingual, Spanish 

 

(Base Salary Pay Range: $120,000 - $145,000)

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of BeautyHealth’s total rewards package for our employees.
