Position Overview

As the Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving organizational performance through the design and delivery of people strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead on complex people matters, organizational transformation, and talent planning to enable sustainable growth.

Location: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL

Requirements
  • Proven experience operating as a senior HR Business Partner in a complex, fast paced environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link people strategy to business outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change and transformation
  • Expertise in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills at executive level
  • Deep understanding of employee relations, employment law, and risk management
  • Ability to use data and insights to drive decision making
  • 6 years + of experience at a senior HRBP level

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership & Business Impact
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver business strategy through effective people plans
  • Provide expert insight on organizational capability, workforce planning, and performance drivers
  • Challenge and influence leadership decision making using data, insights, and external market trends
  • Translate business priorities into clear, actionable HR strategies and interventions

Leadership & HR Delivery

  • Demonstrate visible leadership across the HR function, role modeling high performance and accountability
  • Lead and embed best practices across all core HR processes including performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across client groups
  • Apply strong financial and business acumen to workforce planning and budgeting

Organization Design & Development

  • Lead organizational design initiatives to ensure structures, roles, and capabilities align with strategic goals
  • Oversee and deliver large scale transformation and change programs
  • Diagnose organizational effectiveness and implement targeted development interventions
  • Ensure change is effectively embedded with clear communication and stakeholder alignment

Talent, Learning & Succession

  • Own talent strategy for the business area, ensuring robust pipelines for critical roles
  • Drive succession planning and leadership development at senior levels
  • Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted development plans
  • Build external networks to bring in best practices and innovative approaches to talent management

Performance, Reward & Engagement

  • Shape and influence reward strategies to support attraction, retention, and performance
  • Ensure a high performance culture through effective goal setting, feedback, and accountability
  • Lead engagement strategy, using data and insights to drive meaningful action and cultural improvement
  • Provide expert guidance on market trends and competitor positioning

Resourcing & Workforce Planning

  • Lead strategic workforce planning, identifying current and future capability needs
  • Develop and oversee recruitment strategies aligned with long term business goals and diversity priorities
  • Ensure effective delivery of restructuring and reorganization programs in line with legal requirements

Employee Relations & Governance

  • Lead on complex and high risk employee relations matters, providing expert guidance to senior leaders
  • Influence and shape management approaches to risk, compliance, and employee relations
  • Lead key negotiations and maintain effective relationships with employee representative groups
  • Ensure alignment with employment law and organizational policy

Service Delivery & Stakeholder Management

  • Establish and monitor HR service delivery standards, SLAs, and KPIs
  • Build strong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization
  • Ensure alignment between centers of expertise and business needs

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
