Job Title: Sr. HR Manager North & Central America

Position Summary:This role serves as the Sr. HR Manager for North & Central America, Caribbean and Puerto Rico for the CS Power Systems team. As a HR leader for this region, you will manage talent acquisition, employee relations, key stakeholder management, coaching at all levels of the region, and as a member of the leadership team. This role additionally oversees payroll and benefits for the North/ Central America region.
The ideal candidate is confident, has the ability to make decisions, executes with precision, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can manage a team of professions. This person is pro-active and excels in a fast-pace, collaborative, matrixed environment.
Responsibilities:- Partner with the VP and leadership team to develop and execute the organization’s HR and talent strategy as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Manage the talent acquisition process and provide consultative services to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to include creating job descriptions, developing recruiting strategies, candidate selection and offer preparation.
- Provide guidance and input on organizational design, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Educate, coach and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
- Manage annual salary review, salary adjustment and promotion process
- Manage quarterly bonus process and calculations for different teams.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including coaching leaders on PIPs, conducting investigations, and progressive discipline matters.
- Manage immigration and visa processing
- Drive the evaluation and improvement of employee onboarding and offboarding experience, records administration, employment contract management and transactional services with a focus on quality, customer service, innovation, automation and employee and leader self-service; increase self-service options and grow operating efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted, respected and collaborative member of the Human Resources team.
- Stay abreast on recent federal and multi-state, state and case law changes and monitor labor law updates to ensure compliance with laws, policies, and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Broad experience in HR functional areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, policy development, performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and federal/state/local employment laws & regulation.
- Experience in payroll and benefits administration will be a plus.
- 10+ years’ supervisory experience in Human Resources.
- Ability to influence, engage, and partner closely with appropriate partners across all levels of the organization with demonstrated success in delivering results through cross-functional collaboration.
- In-depth understanding of the interrelation of HR processes and tools with strong proficiency in the functional use of key business applications.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization skills and follow-through.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, flexible environment and willing to work within constantly changing environment with enthusiasm.
- Self-starter that takes initiative to lead and drive improvements without constant direction
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company.

The pay range for this position is $145,000.00 - $158,000.00 USD. This range represents annual base salary only, without regard to location, and does not include bonus or other incentives or benefits that may apply. The pay range for this role is subject to change.
