Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Helpdesk Specialist to provide onsite IT support for our Buena Park office and assist with U.S. Helpdesk operations. This role focuses on end-user support, office IT maintenance, and cloud desktop / VM project support. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and comfortable working onsite with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote support for Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Support printers, scanners, and office IT equipment
- Provide daily support for corporate email systems (Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online)
- Assist with cloud desktop / virtual machine (VM) projects, including user support and troubleshooting
- Perform user onboarding/offboarding and basic account support
- Serve as primary IT support for the Buena Park office and all US users
- Document issues and solutions, and escalate when needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support
- Strong experience with Windows OS and end-user support
- Experience supporting printers, scanners, and office devices
- Experience with Microsoft 365 / Outlook / Exchange Online
- Basic understanding of cloud desktops, VMs, or VDI environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work onsite and independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, VMware, or Citrix
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN / Wi-Fi)
- Experience supporting IT projects or office rollouts
Work Arrangement
- Onsite role – Buena Park, CA
- Occasional after-hours or weekend support may be required
