The Sr. Global Graphic Design Manager is responsible for developing and delivering high‑impact visual design that brings the ASP global brand to life across products, platforms, and regions. This role serves as a core creative partner to Global Commercial Marketing, Product Management, and Regional Marketing teams, translating established brand and product direction into compelling, consistent visual execution.

The role supports global product launches, brand guideline execution, and the development of scalable visual assets used across commercial programs, digital experiences, events, and executive communications. Operating within a highly matrixed, global environment, the Sr. Global Graphic Design Manager helps ensure creative quality, brand consistency, and effective visual storytelling across internal teams, agencies, and regional markets

Core Graphic Design & Creative Execution
•    Develop high-quality visual assets across digital and print channels, including presentations, campaign assets, sales enablement tools, event materials, digital marketing, and internal communications.
•    Translate creative briefs into clear, engaging design concepts that align with brand strategy and business objectives.
•    Execute design work across multiple formats and timelines while maintaining a high level of craft, accuracy, and attention to detail.
•    Adapt and localize global creative assets for regional markets while preserving brand integrity.

Global Product Launch Creative
•    Work in close partnership with Global Marketing Communications to support global initiatives, translating approved product and brand direction into visual launch assets in collaboration with Product Management and Senior Marketing stakeholders

•    Design launch identities, visual systems, and core assets including product logos, key visuals, launch presentations, campaign toolkits, and digital assets.
•    Ensure consistency of product storytelling across all launch touchpoints, from pre-launch teasers to post-launch sustainment.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies to scale launch creative globally.

Brand Guidelines, Expression & Governance
•    Support the development, maintenance, and application of global brand guidelines, including visual identity standards, templates, design systems, and usage guidance.
•    Apply brand standards consistently across creative work, helping ensure visual alignment with ASP’s approved brand expression, tone, and design principles.
•    Partner with Global Marketing Communications to help reinforce existing brand governance processes by supporting their application across teams, regions, and external partners.
•    Review creative development by regions and agencies and provide design feedback in alignment with global brand standards, escalating questions or exceptions as needed

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership
•    Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams, communications, professional education, and commercial leaders to translate strategy into visual execution.
•    Support agency briefing, creative reviews, and feedback processes to ensure quality and consistency.
•    Partner with print, digital, and production vendors to ensure design feasibility and production excellence.

Asset & Design System Management
•    Contribute to and help maintain digital asset libraries, templates, and design systems to enable efficient, scalable creative development.
•    Ensure files are organized, version-controlled, and delivery-ready for multiple channels and regions.
