This is a remote position for Costa Rica and Colombia
This position is Remote to work with a US Company; you will require to have Citizenship or a work permit from Costa Rica or Colombia to apply for this role.

 

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the development of modern, high-performance frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js or similar frameworks.
  • Implement seamless integrations with backend services developed in Java/Spring Boot.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to bring wireframes and mockups to life with responsive, accessible interfaces.
  • Build reusable components and libraries that promote scalability and maintainability.
  • Write clean, well-documented code and conduct peer code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend/backend issues across development and production environments.
  • Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning sessions with cross-functional teams.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong emphasis on frontend development using React.
  • Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, React hooks, state management tools (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API).
  • Solid backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, client-server architecture, and integrating third-party APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and styling frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Styled Components).
  • Familiarity with modern build tools and bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
  • Comfort with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
